Mr. Dhananjay Chande
Chief Executive officer and Co-promoter
An Engineering graduate & MBA degree in Operations. Brings on table an extensive experience in Oil and Gas sector for over 22 years. Started career merchant ships specifically liquefied natural gas (LNG) then transited to work on a prestigious project, jointly then owned by 02 public sector units in India i.e. GAIL as well as well as NTPC, Dabhol LNG terminal. Played a pivotal role in commission as well as further operations of this critical project. In past work with reputed and top consultants like PWC on various projects along with Asian Development Bank as an LNG consultant. Also having rich experience of working in many countries for Construction, commission and operation of various small-scale industry as well as gas projects.

Mr.Siddharth Jain
Co-Founder and Promoter
A Chartered Accountant by profession and Holds an MBA degree from the prestigious Purdue University, Indiana, USA.
Siddharth leads Embrace Group, which has interests in many verticals, Financial Services, Gas pipeline infrastructure along with Automated parking infrastructure (MLCP).
Mr.Vivek Ummat
Co-Founder and Promoter
A Mechanical Engineer, equipped with excellent academicals in Export Marketing form IIFT, Marketing management from IMT, Master’s program in Foreign Trade from IIFT and EMDP from IIM. Got well trained in commercial arbitration from Indian Council of Arbitration and well versed with procurement procedures in a development program for World Bank. In addition to academics, quality –focused and diverse team player achieving projects while ensuring quality at minimized costs. Fast paced, dynamic and visionary. Exhibit strong leadership skills, analytical, contractual negotiation and communication abilities
Mr. Sandeep Shivhare
Co-Founder and Promoter
With over 20 years of professional experience in the field of management consulting, strategic sales & business development, Mr. Shivhare led the initiative to launch Eurotec in 2012
He managed a successful entry into the gas sector by establishing a manufacturing unit for Compressors, Dispensers and related equipment
Sandeep has an MBA in Finance from Bentley University, USA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Economics from Bombay University
